The Journal of Quran and Sunnah (JQS) has a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure fairness for all authors and contributors. Once a submission fee, publication fee, or any other associated charge is paid, it is generally considered non-refundable. However, in cases of accidental duplicate payments, processing errors, or cancellations made prior to peer review initiation, JQS will consider a refund request upon formal written appeal. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. JQS reserves the right to assess each case individually to determine eligibility for refunds, aiming to maintain equitable treatment and transparency in all financial transactions.
